Context

Objectives
Bringing a vehicle up to standard (trim, upholstery, woodwork, etc.) at the car manufacturer’s premises, from the time the vehicle is taken over until it is returned.

Motor vehicles, bodywork assemblies and sub-assemblies (bumpers, doors, spare parts, etc.)
Evaluation mode
Each week there is a theory test (MCQ), a practical test (measuring quality and efficiency) and a final test (practical).

Paper questionnaires, PowerPoint support, vehicles, work ranges.
Module 1
Corporate culture/professional awareness/knowledge of the working environment.
Module 2
B0L electrical accreditation and training in good practice in the rework trade (screwdriving fundamentals, quality, safety, sealing, 5S).
Module 3
Bringing the exterior and interior components of a vehicle up to standard (rules for using tools).
Module 4
Bringing complex components up to standard (dashboard, wiring harnesses, carpets).
Module 5
Adjusting sashes (mastering gap and flush adjustments).
Module 6
Return and sale of the vehicle (self-test, diagnostic kit, validation of the touch-up).
Module 7
Customer manufacturing process, logistics flow, vehicle routing, (Supply-Chain).
