IMPLEMENT A LEAN PROJECT AND BECOME A LEAN MANAGER – #97
Context
You wish to :
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools
- Determine, according to the context of the company, the most effective approach to the deployment of the Lean Manufacturing approach.

- Introduction to the basic or more advanced concepts of Lean Manufacturing / Services.
- Be able to identify opportunities for effective use of Lean tools.
- Learn to build a structured approach to introducing and rolling out Lean Manufacturing / Services.

Prerequisites
No prerequisites.
Pedagogy
The training takes place over 2 sessions, the first of which lasts 3 days and focuses on the acquisition of knowledge:
- The fundamental and induced concepts of Lean Manufacturing.
- The strategic tools for the deployment of Lean in the factory (the Kaizen project, Value Stream Mapping, the 3P or Design for Lean).
- The associated tools: 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban.
- What will change as Lean is implemented in the factory?
The trainees will use the open-session time to prepare a first plan for implementing Lean Manufacturing in their factory.
The second one-day session will focus on validating the ability to apply the concepts and tools taught to the case of one’s own factory, based on the first action proposals resulting from the open-session.
