Context
In the automotive industry, product audits are particularly important to ensure product quality. The VDA 6.5 is a guide for steering product audit programmes, allowing the development of a classification system adapted to your products.
You want to :
- Identify customer requirements and examine products against these requirements and initiate potential improvement actions.
- Further develop the quality management system and products of your organisation.
- To be qualified to carry out product audits. This training course will enable you to acquire this specific expertise.
Objectives
- Understand the need to plan product audits.
- Understand the structure of a product audit programme.
- Know how to conduct a product audit: from planning and execution to follow-up actions, reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
- Demonstrate the quality of manufactured products by using product audit data.
The methods are presented in such a way as to identify possible risks and improvements to be made to products in order to reduce the rate of customer complaints in the long term.
