Context
- You are in the middle of a Lean Manufacturing process in the factory. The workshop is complaining about manufacturing difficulties with “badly designed” products and processes and you are looking for a way to remedy this.
- You now want to act at the source by integrating Lean precepts into your approach to the design, development and industrialisation of your new products.
