Context
Your energy management system has been built or upgraded in accordance with ISO 50001: 2018 and as part of its ongoing improvement you are looking to audit it using your internal resources.
Objectives
- Be able to prepare, conduct and close an audit in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011.
- Be able to use the ISO50001: 2018 standard in the context of internal auditing.
- Be able to take account of regulatory requirements and the relevant requirements of interested parties applicable to the company.
- Acquire the methodology and tools needed to conduct an effective and relevant audit.
- Practising preparing and conducting an audit of an energy management system.

Master the ISO 50001: 2018 standard.
Pedagogy
- This training includes real-life situations for all phases of the audit: drawing up the audit questionnaire, conducting auditor/auditee interviews, drafting the audit report and conducting the closing meeting. This training is based on a culture of performance measurement, the interpretation of indicators and the analysis of risks linked to activities, so that the audit can be used as a genuine tool for continuous improvement.

- Validation by the trainer of the ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through role-playing.
