Pedagogy
- DO IT :After the trainer presents the concepts, the trainees work on an actual pilot project in the field. They observe and analyse the current state, then design, implement and improve solutions to achieve the targets set at the outset. The tasks are divided and handled in small groups that regularly share the results of their work for validation.
Evaluation mode

Validation by the trainer of the ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through situational exercises.

- Train the operators
- Redefine the roles of each person involved (operators, management, maintenance staff, etc.).
