- Quality / QHSE managers, engineers and technicians.

Important
- Each participant should bring with them the various documents relating to their process.
- The training module consists of 2 parts:
- a 2-day session: methodological input and associated tools
- a 0.5-day session (6 to 8 weeks later): feedback on the implementation of the tools taught, on the corrections/improvements to the process, with reinforcement and answers to additional questions raised by the practical application.
Prerequisites
- Familiarity with basic concepts and tools (PDCA, Crosby Turtle, ‘5 WHYs’, QQOCCP, etc.).
- Have your own laptop and files relating to your process… and be able to use EXCEL (a file will be provided and used during the session, containing useful tools for process management).
Pedagogy
-
Team activities and construction of a Personal Progress Plan (PPP). The team activities are based on a case study that allows participants to ‘live the life’ of a process pilot and therefore to be put in a real-life situation.
-
At each stage, the Owner will have to transpose the tools used to his own process.
-
At the end of each sequence, the Owner will have to identify the additional activities to be carried out to implement all the tools taught, to correct or improve his process… These actions will be reviewed during the second part of the training, during the ‘Feedback’ session.
Evaluation mode
-
Test of knowledge via MCQs on the key elements of the session
-
RETEX (6 to 8 weeks after the first 2 days):
-
presentation of individual work, conditions of application and results obtained
-
analysis of the work by the trainer and reinforcement/advice on what to do next
-
Course materials
- An EXCEL file containing all the formats of the tools used during the course… which can be customised afterwards.

Anne VANDOMME - MAHLE
“Interesting training on a technical subject but which becomes accessible thanks to the explanations provided! I saw the management of a process in a new and very interactive way. “
N.L - MAHLE
“The training was excellent, perfectly adapted, and made it possible to approach a rather daunting subject in a simple and user-friendly way. It helped to make the subject less dramatic and to unite all the process pilots on the subject. “
Luc TERRENOIRE - SNOP
“Lively and concrete training with a good facilitator”.
François BOURGEOIS - MARELLI
“I really appreciated the exchanges with the trainer, using practical cases, good advice and a very educational approach.”
