Context
You manage your process and are looking for methods and tools to identify areas for improvement and raise the performance level of your process.
Objectives
- Integrating the role of the process manager in initiating and driving performance improvement.
- Knowing how to determine the objectives and areas of improvement for your process in line with the company’s strategy: the X-matrix.
- Carrying out a critical analysis of your process: identifying non-value-added activities.
- Develop process management rituals (e.g. Obeya, Top, site review, etc.).
- Understand the behaviour of your process and interpret the data to improve it.
- Learn how to use feedback to control process risks.
- Improve your process review and use the output data to draw up an action plan.

Prerequisites
Initial experience of process management.
Pedagogy
- A case study is the common thread of the training and serves as a support for the use of the tools proposed.
- The debriefing of the case study activities enables the transposition to the situation of each participant to be initiated.
- Post-training feedback allows participants to share their practical experience and validate their understanding of the tools and methods taught. The length of the feedback session (0.5 to 1 day) depends on the number of participants.
- In house version, this training is preceded by a preparation session to adapt the product to the specific objectives and context of the company.
