Context
ISO17025 is the standard that applies to the laboratory. This standard describes that the management system for generating customer confidence in the laboratory’s results.
It is advisable to set up a laboratory management system that includes the requirements of the standard.
Laboratory staff should be trained in how they contribute to both maintaining compliance with the requirements of ISO/CEI 17025 and to the continuous improvement of the laboratory required by the standard

Prerequisites
- Knowledge of laboratory operations
- Have practiced 1 year in a laboratory environment
Pedagogy
- This training is only delivered in INTRA to support the implementation of an ISO/IEC 17025 management system. The sequences relating to the main lines of the standard are the subject of exercises allowing the memorization of the transmitted notions.
- The exercises are defined prior to the training course during preparation with the laboratory manager in order to adapt them to the trainees’ field reality.
