STELLANTIS – CTF & PIS: Product & process conformity monitoring – #3640
Qualifying training in partnership with the STELLANTIS Group
Context
You are a STELLANTIS supplier and you would like to know how to monitor the product & process conformity during project development and mass production.
Does the product design meet the customer & functional requirements? Does the manufacturing process ensure the delivery of parts that are conforming with quality targets? according to the convergence plan during project development? and on a daily basis during mass production? The answers to these questions are included in this training module.
TRIGO has been assigned by STELLANTIS as Master Trainer and Training service organisation for this module. TRIGO Expert Consultants / Trainers have developed this training module together with STELLANTIS teams.
Objectives
- Understand how to identify and classify of the Functional and Technical Characteristics (CTF)
- Understand how to check Product Design and Manufacturing Process robustness
- Understand how to identify the Monitored Characteristics (CSE, CS, CTF to audit)
- Understand how to develop the Part Inspection Standard (PIS)
- Understand how to review the Report of Characteristic Measurement (RCM)

This qualifying training is mandatory for at least one member of each supplier’s STELLANTIS project team (design engineer, quality / reliability engineer, process engineer) responsible for CTF List, PIS development (ex PCP) and RCM
Prerequisites
- Have been trained in APQP PPAP Harmonized STELLANTIS.
Specific operating conditions for remote sessions
- Have a PC equipped with a microphone, webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: To blur or hide the view from behind, background screens are available in Zoom or Teams.
- A good Internet connection, tested before the session.
- Locate in a quiet, isolated area; switch to “not available” status in Teams; close your email access and mute your phone to avoid distraction during the session.
- To avoid off-topic discussions during the session, participants from the same organisation should not be grouped together in the same room, but rather at their own desks. Virtual sub-groups will be set up specifically for the exercises, which will also allow for mixed groups to be created.
- The webcam and microphone must be open during remote qualification/certification exams. It may also be necessary for us to check that you are the only one in the room.
- We ask that you connect at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the session.
Pedagogy
Using concrete examples and a case study carried out throughout the training, you will learn how to complete the CTF list and progressively develop the Project PIS and the Mass Production PIS.
Evaluation mode
MCQ exam.
Course materials
A participant file that includes the presentations made during the course, an exercise book and a PIS Excel file for the case study. Training materials in digital format will be released to participants a few days before the course.
