STELLANTIS – Quality standards – #3560
Context
You would like :
- A training course presenting the specific requirements of the STELLANTIS Group described in the STELLANTIS Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and QRS (Quality Requirements for Suppliers) – ex SQM :
either with the aim of starting a successful collaboration with the STELLANTIS Group. Or to improve your collaboration with the STELLANTIS Group by analysing your situation and implementing a targeted action plan to meet these requirements.
- Training for the STELLANTIS Group’s contact persons in order to clarify in a concrete way the expectations of the specific STELLANTIS requirements.
Objectives
- Have an overview of Stellantis’ documentation and applications (B2B, DocInfo, PLM, Amadeus, e-SQAL, SPOT,…).
- Identify the requirements applicable to each phase of the collaboration with Stellantis.
- Clarify the correlation between Stellantis CSRs, QRS and IATF requirements.
- Learn these requirements to successfully work with Stellantis.
- Assess your current practices with respect to Stellantis’ requirements and identify opportunities for improvement or the need for changes.

This training is aimed at all persons who have (will have) a role in the implementation of the specific requirements of the STELLANTIS Group. Typical participants are:
- Quality / QHSE managers, engineers and technicians.
- Internal auditors and supplier auditors.
- Project managers, industrialisation managers, production managers, logistics managers.
- Project buyers.
- Engineers and technicians in the design office and process engineering.
Prerequisites
- Participants are familiar with the IATF 16949 v2016 requirements.
- The training can be conducted in French or English. The training material is in English.
Pedagogy
Alternating practical exercises and reinforcement are combined to lead participants, in a progressive way, to the discovery of the specific requirements of the STELLANTIS Group. Group work, followed by feedback sessions, will allow participants to reinforce their understanding.
The requirements are analysed in a logical and progressive way, and the paragraphs of the STELLANTIS CSR and QRS are dissected to extract the key elements.
Finally, as the requirements are analysed, each participant must :
- Determine which ones impact them on a daily basis, and how they contribute concretely to their application.
- Evaluate their actual level of implementation and the performance obtained.
- Identify their own areas for improvement.

- Knowledge test (MCQ).
Course materials
- Participant’s folder containing the theoretical principles stated during the training, the QRS and the lexicon of STELLANTIS abbreviations used during the training.
- Trainees will need to have the STELLANTIS CSRs available on the IATF website beforehand.
