Context
You are looking for :
- Develop robust products and processes through the effective implementation of the new FMEA approach according to the 1st edition of the AIAG-VDA harmonised manual of 3 June 2019.
- Reduce development time and costs by identifying risks at a very early stage, and define a validation plan that is just right.
- Strengthen the skills of your development teams in terms of product & process FMEA.
Objectives
- Understand and know how to apply the 7-step product & process FMEA methodology, according to the AIAG-VDA harmonised manual.
- Know how to prioritise risk reduction actions according to the “AP” index.
- Know the roles and responsibilities within a FMEA product and process team.
- Identify the key points and pitfalls of the approach.
- Understand the interest of conducting FMEA as early as possible in the project and make participants want to participate or lead product and process FMEA.
