Context
- You would like to become a 1st or 2nd party auditor of environmental management system.
- As part of your continual improvement process, you are looking to develop competencies of your auditors to audit your environmental management system.
Objectives
- To be able to prepare, conduct and close an audit according to the requirements of ISO 19011.
- Be able to use the ISO 14001 standard in the context of internal and suppliers’ audits.
- Be able to take into account the regulatory requirements and the relevant requirements of the interested parties, applicable to the company.
- To acquire the methodology and tools to make an audit effective and relevant.
- To train to prepare and conduct an audit of an occupational health and safety management system.

Prerequisites
- Be trained and/or have implemented ISO 14001 requirements.
- Have the ISO 14001 standard (last version).
Pedagogy
- This course provides hands-on training for all phases of the audit, using our ECOSEAT case study: drawing up the audit questionnaire, conducting auditor/auditee interviews, drafting the audit report and conducting the closing meeting.
- This course is based on the culture of performance measurement, indicators and risk analysis, so that the audit is used as a powerful tool for continuous improvement.
Evaluation mode

- Quiz to check knowledge acquisition.
