Prerequisites
- Knowledge of the common HS structure of management system standards.
- Knowledge of at least two management system standards.
- Professional experience of implementing and/or steering a management system in an organisation.
- The standards concerned by the integration must be available.
Pedagogy
Throughout the course, participants are encouraged to take part in group activities that are directly linked to their operational concerns. Numerous exchanges and consolidation of work (including after in-house implementation) help to promote the appropriation of shared concepts, tools and good practice. The simplicity and logic of the thread used throughout the course ensure a real understanding of the issues involved in the integrated implementation of Management System standards.
The teaching approach adopted is based on the process approach, which is the foundation for building and steering the integration of Management System standards.
