EURO-SYMBIOSE being part of the TRIGO Group (hereafter referred to as TRIGO) attaches great importance to the security and confidentiality of the information collected from its contacts, in compliance with the regulations in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the information about you that we may hold, to describe how we use this data, to inform you of how this data is protected and to set out the rights that you can exercise.
By visiting our LearningHub platform, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. What Personal Data does TRIGO collect?
The LearningHub platform may collect “personally identifiable information” and/or “non-personally identifiable information” from you. Personally identifiable information is information that allows us to identify you directly or indirectly: this information is also called “Personal Information“.
Personal information is requested when we create your account on the platform to follow a training course for which you are registered and when you send us your comments related to the training. For example, this information may include identification data (your name, your first name), business data (your email address, your company), computer data (IP address) and account information (settings and preferences, user ID, password).
For users with a business phone, some additional personal data may be collected by TRIGO. This may include GPS data, the IP address of your phone, as well as nearby Wi-Fi networks.
This information may be retained in our contact and administration databases because of the follow-up training you have undertaken or because you wish to receive information about our activities and services via our newsletter.
This allows us to manage our relationship with you effectively, to improve our platform and the services we offer you and to target items of interest to you.
2. Use and disclosure of Personal Data, purposes, specification, and duration of storage
1. For what purposes does TRIGO collect Personal Data?
By using the platform, TRIGO will collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy. Your Personal Information may be used for the following purposes:
• Platform browsers / Administration.
We use your Personal Information for administrative purposes, to create and manage accounts and to help us better understand how you access and use our platform and their applications.
• Communication. We use your Personal Data to communicate with you, in particular to respond to requests for assistance, to send messages, emails and alerts related to the course, to inform you about the course (planning, agenda, modification of sessions, transmission of educational content ….)
• Follow-up training.
We use your Personal Information to serve you better, including to collect educational recommendations from trainers and training coordinators, to collect connection times to our platform in order to track your progress in your training course; to provide you with services, to provide technical assistance or for other similar purposes.
• Statistics
We use your Personal Data to compile statistics on our training courses (success rate, number of requests for information etc.) Legal compliance We use your Personal Data to comply with applicable legislation and regulations on professional training.
2. How long will your Personal Data be stored?
We process and store your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data. If your Personal Data is no longer required for the performance of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted.
Data may be retained by TRIGO if further processing is necessary, for example, to preserve particular evidence under applicable data protection laws and regulations, or in the context of limitation periods. Where personal data is collected for more than one purpose, it shall be retained until the longest retention or archiving period has expired. In order to delete your personal data, we follow a strict deletion process. Your data is either completely deleted from our server or retained after being fully anonymised.
3. Does TRIGO share the information received?
We share personally identifiable information only as described below:
1. Transfer to other companies within the TRIGO group in order to fulfil the above purposes.
2. Transfer to subcontractors who perform certain functions on behalf of TRIGO (hosting, sending emails, removing repetitive information from learner lists, data analysis). These parties only have access to the information needed to perform their functions and may not use it for any other purpose. They are obliged to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of purchase.
3. For any reason, if in its sole discretion TRIGO believes it is reasonable to share such data, including: to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental or legal request for such information; to disclose information necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or other terms and conditions; or to otherwise protect the TRIGO group of companies. Access to all or part of your Personal Data is permitted to – our internal teams who need this access under our control. These are subject to a confidentiality clause in accordance with the GDPR; – our subcontractors who provide services on behalf of TRIGO Note, incidentally, that your own activity may transmit data to other learners, for example if you share personal information as part of a course. Your personal data may be transferred abroad in the context of the aforementioned cases. In this respect, TRIGO takes several steps to ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in a manner that respects your privacy.
4. How does TRIGO protect your information?
We follow strict security procedures for the storage and disclosure of the information you have entrusted to us to prevent unauthorized access. However, the TRIGO LearningHub platform contains links to other websites. TRIGO does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. TRIGO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, in particular when the processing involves the transmission of personal information over a network, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.
To this end, TRIGO develops specific tools in accordance with the “Privacy by design” procedure. This procedure can be defined as the integrated protection of privacy from the very beginning of the tool’s design. The objective of this principle is to ensure privacy protection by integrating it into the design standards of technologies, internal practices, and physical infrastructures. TRIGO will notify users of any breach within the legal timeframe if it is likely to create a high risk to an individual’s rights and freedoms, such as discrimination, identity theft or financial loss.

1)Â Access and modification of your Personal Data
You have the right to be informed of any processing of your Personal Data.
You also have the right to access and rectify the Personal Data being processed and the right to object to such processing on legitimate grounds. You may also ask us to amend any inaccuracies or inform us that you do not consent to the continued use of such information by contacting us as set out above.
2)Â Deletion of your Personal Data
If you wish to have your information deleted, please contact us at privacy@trigo-group.com. An email will be sent to you confirming that your information has been deleted. Please keep in mind that deleting your Personal Data may prevent you from accessing our services.
3)Â Right to portability
You may request a detailed list and description of the data collected by TRIGO under specific conditions. Only data subjects who have given their consent to the collection of data are entitled to exercise this right. This right applies only to data for which your consent has been sought and collected; if TRIGO has collected information in accordance with the exemptions specified by the GDPR, TRIGO is entitled to refuse to provide this list. This right applies to data collected by automatic means (i.e. by computer). Therefore, any information collected in writing and on a physical medium would not be subject to portability. Users are also informed that in case of excessive requests, TRIGO has the right to refuse the request.
