Raoul Nicolet, new Quality Expert Consultant EURO-SYMBIOSE

We are pleased to welcome Raoul NICOLET as a new Quality Expert Consultant to the EURO-SYMBIOSE team in France.

Raoul has spent more than 35 years in the automotive sector, working for renowned automotive Tier 1 suppliers such as VALEO, HUTCHINSON and GRUPO ANTOLIN, in the fields of quality, industrialization, production, project management and supplier management.

He has developed a complete industrial profile, on a wide range of products and technologies such as electronics, rubber, mechatronics, and on batch and continuous manufacturing processes.
Raoul started his career at VALEO Electronics Branch as a project manager for test and process control means. Then he joined the HUTCHINSON group as Industrialization Methods Manager, followed by Production Manager at the Montargis site. He was later appointed Technical Manager for the complete industrialization of thermoplastic extrusion lines.

He was recruited in 2005 by GRUPO ANTOLIN group (initially CML Innovative Techs), to provide a more technical approach to customer quality. The products integrate many technologies: electronics, plastic injection (aspect parts), stamping and assembly. He carries out an in-depth work internally, providing more pertinence in problem solving, both with customers, production and support services. In 2014, Raoul was appointed Quality Manager of the Besançon site. He supported the site’s transition to IATF16949 v2016 certification and other customer standards such as QSB+ for STELLANTIS (ex-PSA), BIQS for GM and VDA6.3 for VOLKSWAGEN.

Raoul has a Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Automation from the University of Besançon. He is a certified VDA6.3 process auditor. He speaks fluently English and has a good basis in German and Italian.

Since the beginning of September, Raoul has been working with our clients on consulting, auditing and training missions in Quality.
