Patrick KACZMAREK, new EURO-SYMBIOSE’s Expert Consultant
We are pleased to announce that Patrick KACZMAREK has joined EURO-SYMBIOSE Team as Expert-Consultant.
With 32+ years of experience with VALEO, KONGSBERG, WESTAFLEX and THOMSON BRANDT, Patrick has acquired extensive expertise in all areas of quality: field quality & problem solving at manufacturing plants, supplier quality management and critical supplier coaching, quality in project & innovation, as well as system quality with the implementation of Quality Management Systems and certifications at several industrial sites.
Patrick started his career on a manufacturing plant of THOMSON BRANDT Group as Maintenance Manager, and then Plant Quality Manager. In 1999, he joined WESTAFLEX group as Production Quality Manager. In 2002, Patrick continued his career with VALEO Electrical Systems Division, as System Quality & Customer Quality Manager of two sites, Paris-Créteil and Etaples. Thereafter, he was appointed Quality Manager of the “STOP-START” project for PSA (STELLANTIS) programs, a major VALEO innovation, combining several technologies in electronics, mechatronics, soft, system and safety risk management. In 2012, Patrick joined KONGSBERG (gearbox control manufacturer) as Plant Quality Director (Cluses). In 2020, he returned to VALEO Group, in Engine Electrical Equipment division, as Plant Quality Manager (Saint-Quentin-Fallavier).
Patrick has a Master of Science in IT, Measurements & Automation, from POLYTECH Lille School. He is bilingual French-English.
Since February, Patrick has been supporting our clients for Consulting, Audit and Training missions on Quality topics.
